New Delhi: The Ministry of Labour and Employment will provide three months salary to Employees’ State Insurance Corporation members who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic, Union Minister for Labour and Employment Bhupender Yadav informed on Friday.

2. EC launches First National Essay Contest on Elections and Democracy, last date for submission November 21.

New Delhi, October 2: The Election Commission on Friday launched the inaugural edition of “The Election Commission of India Annual National Essay Contest on Election & Democracy” conducted jointly by the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management and Jindal Global Law School O.P. Jindal Global University.
